Refund Policy

At iYi Rooms, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the process for requesting them.

Cancellation Policies

Hourly Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellation is not allowed for same day booking if the same day cancellation of booking is been done so we shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.
  • Free cancellation of hourly booking is only available if the guest cancel their booking before 12 hours of check-in-time.
  • If guest stays more than the selected hours then they have to pay Extra Rupee 200/hour as a Penalty.

General Cancellation

  • You can cancel your booking using the iYi Room website or mobile app.
  • The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7 working days.
  • For corporate bookings, the cancellation policy mentioned on your contract will apply.
  • In case no cancellation policy is mentioned on the Hotel details page, the following cancellation policy shall apply: Guest cancellation policy: For booking specific cancellation policy, please refer to your booking voucher.
  • No Show: For booking specific cancellation policy, please refer to your booking voucher.

Important Note: Some Hotels do not accept bookings from unmarried couples, do not accept local id proofs. This information is available to the Guest prior to making the booking. For any cancellations or check-in denial associated with such bookings that are dishonoured by the Hotel, we shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.

Refund Processing Time

The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

Service On-Time Policy Refunds

  • The hotels associated with the program will have Service On-time tag/information displayed on the app.
  • If you face any issue related to your stay in these hotels, we promise issue resolution within 1 hour or else we will provide refund.
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer shifting to another room in the same hotel or shifting to a different hotel.
  • Refund amount will be subjected to the severity of the issues and will be decided as per our guideline.

Check-in Issues & Refunds

After reaching the hotel, if you face any difficulty in check-in and it cannot be resolved by the Hotel, you are requested to contact iYi Room Customer Support immediately. We will verify the issue with the Hotel and post verification, you would be provided the following assistance:

  • iYi Room will try to arrange for accommodation in the same Hotel
  • iYi Room will try to provide you with alternate accommodation in its other listed properties in the same location
  • If iYi Room are unable to provide alternative accommodation or you do not accept such alternate accommodation, you may be offered full refund
  • We will not be liable for compensation beyond your booking

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Same day cancellations
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before check-in time for hourly bookings
  • Bookings cancelled due to failure to provide valid photo identification at check-in
  • Bookings denied due to hotel policies regarding unmarried couples or local ID proofs
  • Unavailability of rooms due to natural disaster (earthquake, landslide etc.), terrorist activity, political unrest or any other reason, beyond the control of iYi Rooms
  • Damage to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear
  • Violation of hotel code of conduct or illegal activities

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original booking. The refund will be credited to your original payment source within 7 working days.
